Head Start
Head Start is a  free early childhood education program serving students from age three through five.  The program helps prepare youngsters to be kindergarten ready in a nurturing educational environment.  
Sessions are offered  Monday through Thursday in the  morning and afternoon.  Space is limited and for qualifying students.  To learn more, call 847 859-8300.

General Program Requirements
Head Start families must qualify financially and meet other federal guidelines.
No fees are required for services for eligible students.
Health Requirements
A physical exam dated within six (6) months prior to entry; up-to-date immunizations; lab test dates with results for HGB/HCT, Lead and TB are required.

Breakfast and Lunch Served
12:00 pm-3:30 pm
Lunch and Snack served
Class Information
17 students per class.  These inclusion classes provide general and special education services in a multi-age setting.
Bus service is available, but some restrictions apply.
